Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to streamline efforts.
- Lead the entire sales process from initial discovery through to successful closure.
- Engage with new enterprise clients to build lasting relationships.
- Secure significant enterprise deals that contribute to our growth.
- Support Example Corp’s expansion efforts across the EMEA region.
What We Are Looking For:
- A motivated entrepreneur with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
- A structured leader with a passion for technology and software innovations.
- Experience in selling to HR and recruitment departments.
- A personable, agile learner with a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to travel within Europe a few days each month.
Essential Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience successfully closing Software/SaaS enterprise deals.
- Relevant industry experience or a background in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-initiative.
- A genuine value seller with exceptional communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A leadership mindset with a startup mentality.
