OVERVIEW
The Sales & Service Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at ALO. This individual will be responsible for achieving our engagement targets, providing guest education and interaction, and cultivating a service-oriented atmosphere on the sales floor. Ultimately, you will help create a unique sanctuary that distinguishes ALO from other retail experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide an outstanding guest experience by evaluating guest interactions and product knowledge, while supporting team members through constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with management to train staff on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Maintain a visually appealing sales environment that reflects the ALO brand ethos.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
