ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales & Service Manager is an essential member of our store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo’s business and guest experience strategies in-store. This individual is driven by achieving business targets, enhancing guest experiences, and fostering team talent in alignment with Alo’s core principles. The primary objective of this role is to guarantee an exceptional guest experience at our Richmond location.
Responsibilities include active engagement on the sales floor and in the back of house, ensuring the store remains clean, safe, welcoming, and operating efficiently when not directly assisting guests.
