What makes a Supervisor stand out?
As a Supervisor, you will be an active member of the sales team while overseeing the daily operations of the store in collaboration with your co-responsibles. You will serve customers, maintain the store's appearance, and support your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively.
Your responsibilities:
Actively participate in customer service, applying sales techniques and offering a positive shopping experience.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills.
