Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in mechanical quoting or design within a relevant industry. Knowledge: Experience with Epicor or a similar ERP system is preferred. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cable harness design is highly desirable. Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent 3D modeling software. Demonstrates deep expertise in electro-mechanical systems and/or cable harness design. Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
