Key Responsibilities

  • Timely preparation of both simple and complex sales quotes tailored to customer requirements and company guidelines.
  • Acknowledge and process quotes and inquiries within established SLAs.
  • Submit deal registrations promptly within 2 hours of the request.
  • Coordinate logistics to guarantee timely product delivery and address any associated challenges.
  • Deliver proactive support to clients and the sales team, responding to inquiries and directing warm leads to account managers.
  • Assist the Sales Director with order tracking, reporting, and managing open inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system, including customer information, sales activities, recurring billing, and renewal prospects.
  • Create detailed renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders, including potential revenue and profit estimates.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales support operations.
