The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives with advisory clients and reinforce our status as the premier Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider in North America. Based in New York City and reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will oversee a team of six Business Development Associates in expanding our market footprint within the advisory sector, forging strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Your leadership will have a direct impact on our competitive strategy, operational scaling, and the enhancement of the client experience for advisors utilizing our innovative VDR solutions.
Compensation package includes a base salary of $115,000 - $140,000, with 50% fixed and 50% performance-based variable compensation.
