Join us at getolo as we enhance digital health solutions and broaden access to essential dental care services. We are expanding our sales team and are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Team Lead (m/w/d) for our brand dentolo (Zahnzusatztarife). This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and candidates must reside in the Berlin/Brandenburg area.
Your Role:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of ten Sales Agents.
- Act as an empathetic mentor, enabling your team to achieve new sales successes and continuously improve.
- Sustainably increase closing rates, performance, and productivity.
- Utilize your sales expertise and strategic vision to optimize processes significantly.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to attract top sales talent, assessing candidates' suitability for selling dentolo.
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle experience.
Your Profile:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in building a sales team within a structured sales environment.
- Several years of experience in B2C telesales.
- Documented success in previous sales roles, consistently ranking among the top performers.
- Excellent motivational skills and communication abilities that drive your team towards achieving goals.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for defining KPIs, analyzing conversions, and enhancing reporting.
- Resilient and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
- Charismatic and charming, able to engage and persuade stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent in German (minimum C2 level) and possess strong English language skills.
