Doctolib is seeking a Sales Team Lead for the Hospital Sector (m/f/x) to join the KA Hospitals Sales Team in Berlin. This position is offered as a limited-term contract for two years.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of five sales professionals focused on hospital clients, with the potential to grow the team further.
- Serve as the main connection between the sales group and broader team management, supporting both daily tasks and long-term objectives.
- Drive new customer acquisition and support the development of team members through direct guidance and active involvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Hospitals, stepping in to help the team directly when required.
- During the initial six months, concentrate on stabilizing the team, establishing new processes, and launching targeted development efforts to boost performance.
