Your Role
In the capacity of Sales Team Leader, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, guiding and inspiring our team to promote Whizz’s e-bike services to an expanding rider base. Your leadership will be pivotal in training, mentoring, and motivating the team to exceed ambitious sales targets while establishing Whizz in a fresh market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Identify and engage potential clients, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve weekly and monthly sales objectives.
- Onboarding & Training: Provide on-site training, mentor team members, and foster continuous professional development.
- Management & Coaching: Oversee daily operations, develop schedules, and enhance sales processes for optimal performance.
- Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports for management.
