Required Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing complex business processes and integrating systems across distributed enterprise environments. Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform. At least 5 years of overall technical development experience. Strong architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ. In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices. Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients. Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect.

At CapTech, you will partner with clients on dynamic, cross-functional projects to deliver robust Salesforce solutions throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing Agile methodologies. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring that architectural scopes align seamlessly with our clients' business objectives.

Your Role:

Lead the architectural design and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
Create enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific managed packages.
Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and various external systems, including ERP platforms, financial systems, marketing tools, identity providers, and document management solutions.
Establish and support environment strategies, release management, and DevOps processes in line with enterprise delivery standards.

Thought Leadership:

Develop and implement a personalized professional development plan aimed at mastering Salesforce architecture and emerging platform features.
Contribute to the evolution of architectural standards, best practices, and reusable accelerators, showcasing your technical thought leadership.
Mentor fellow architects and developers through architecture reviews, community practices, and continuous knowledge sharing.
Engage in technical pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and delivery scoping for potential clients.
Gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industry sectors.
