Your Role at Sweep
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will act as a vital technical advisor to our clients, overseeing solution design from initial discovery through to successful delivery. You'll lead technical scoping, make architectural decisions, and engage in hands-on implementation while managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. This position demands extensive Salesforce knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to convert business needs into effective technical solutions. In this role, you will:
Facilitate customer discovery sessions to gather business requirements, technical limitations, and success metrics.
Develop comprehensive technical scopes, solution architectures, and implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.
Craft and execute Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation, security models, and bespoke functionalities.
Conduct hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning components, etc.).
Act as the primary technical and consultative liaison for clients throughout their engagement with Sweep.
Simultaneously manage various customer projects, adeptly balancing timelines, scope, and technical intricacies.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements align with product capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in solution design and delivery, with substantial hands-on Salesforce involvement.
Demonstrated experience in a technical, customer-facing role, directly engaging with clients.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation processes.
Practical experience in Salesforce configuration and development.
Proficiency in scoping projects, estimating efforts, and managing multiple concurrent engagements.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
