Demonstrated success in building relationships with C-level executives. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales, ideally within Salesforce. Experience with other enterprise-grade CRM solutions will be considered. Strong understanding of the business landscape and business development. Ability to identify business opportunities and translate technical features into tangible business benefits. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within and across business units and countries, partnering with colleagues from Data & AI, Microsoft, SAP, and others. Capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities. Experience in managing service or business offerings. Customer-oriented, with a focus on cultivating long-term relationships. An entrepreneurial mindset, driven to achieve results.

As a Salesforce Specialized Sales Executive, you will serve as a trusted technology advisor, listening attentively to client needs, analyzing challenges, and co-developing tailored innovative solutions. Your technology-agnostic approach will empower you to provide the most specialized offerings from our advanced technology stacks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Energized by discovering new opportunities, you excel in consultative selling and closing strategic deals. You maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Networking: You will develop and nurture your professional network, attending industry events and advocating for the Salesforce Business Unit's value proposition. You will remain informed on market trends and key players, fostering a deep understanding of your industry.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing, working closely with the Business Unit Lead, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to execute effective plans and achieve revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Manage relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives effectively. Your role will involve selling concepts and persuading clients to choose our services based on proven capabilities and track records. Conduct thorough research and competitor analyses to craft strategies that lead to favorable outcomes.
