Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Development & ArchitectureDesign, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic features to fulfill the needs of the GTM Tech team and broader organizational goals. Develop and manage intricate Salesforce Flows and automation, ensuring compliance with best practices and optimal performance. Lead projects from inception to completion, overseeing solution design, setting delivery timelines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and providing senior-level reporting. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems utilizing APIs and various integration methodologies. Collaborate with the company-wide Salesforce team, engaging in code reviews to ensure alignment with the overarching Salesforce ecosystem strategy. Design and implement Salesforce best practices, emphasizing scalable architecture, data integrity, security, and performance optimization. Assist with incident management and processes directly within Salesforce through custom development and troubleshooting. Work closely with stakeholders to gather complex requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. Manage CI/CD processes for the Salesforce team, ensuring best practices and optimizing workflows to maintain a high velocity of work, including providing training to colleagues. Apply declarative change solutions effectively.
