About the job
Essential Skills:
3 to 7 years of experience in full-cycle implementations and support projects.
3 to 7 years of demonstrable experience as an SAP PO and CPI consultant, particularly with adapter configurations.
Ability to develop interfaces for replicating transactional data or master data, and integration with S4, SuccessFactors, C4C, Concur, Ariba, and other BTP services via CPI.
Comprehensive understanding of SAP PO and CPI architecture, integration patterns, and their components.
Basic knowledge of other middleware platforms (like Boomi, Web Methods, etc.).
Skilled in message mapping concepts and scripting languages.
Integration Development & Support Responsibilities:
Provide independent support for the configuration and implementation of adapters within SAP PO and CPI, including SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, etc.
Ensure effective connectivity and data exchange between SAP PO, CPI, and external systems, addressing complex adapter-related challenges.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration process issues.
Develop, deploy, and maintain integration flows in SAP PO and CPI, following best practices in data transformation, mapping, and routing.
Contribute to the design of scalable and modular integration solutions.
Exhibit expertise in various adapters within SAP PO and CPI, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance of integration processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and end-users to gather integration requirements.
Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for independently resolving complex integration issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
