Key ResponsibilitiesMaximo / MAS DeliveryLead or assist in the configuration, enhancement, and deployment of Maximo or MAS 8/9 systems. Deliver functional designs, configure workflows, and optimize modules. Ensure compliance with SC-cleared security and governance standards. Business & Functional ConsultingConvert business processes into Maximo configurations and streamlined workflows. Support EAM transformation across various domains, including:Work ManagementAssetsLocationsPreventive MaintenanceInventory & ProcurementJob Plans & ClassificationsEnhance operational efficiency through improved process design and system integration. Data Quality & IntegrationsAssist in data migration, cleansing, and structural enhancements. Facilitate integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems (ERP, GIS, mobility, SCADA, document management, IoT, etc.). Testing, Documentation & GovernanceSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment readiness. Produce clear, structured documentation suitable for regulated sectors. Ensure compliance with SC-cleared security protocols throughout all activities. Essential Skills & ExperienceMaximo Expertise3–10+ years of practical experience with IBM Maximo EAM. Extensive functional knowledge across multiple modules. Experience with MAS 8/9 or MAS 9.1 is highly beneficial. Security ClearanceActive UK SC Security Clearance is mandatory. Candidates without clearance will not be considered. Consulting & Delivery SkillsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
