A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required. Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of best practices in mental health interventions and crisis management.
