Your task will include documenting every failure mode to fortify model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will interact with the model on real-world scenarios and theoretical science questions, ensuring the accuracy of facts and logical coherence, capturing reproducible error traces, and proposing enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in a scientific discipline. Teaching experience, published research, lab or field research, or involvement in science communication initiatives will signify a strong fit. Clear and reflective communication, essentially “showing your work”, is a must.
