Key Responsibilities:Design fully interpretable and actionable experimental protocols. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and experimental documentation compliant with FDA standards. Facilitate the transfer of developed assays from R&D to production. Collaborate on laboratory troubleshooting both within R&D and across teams. Possess hands-on knowledge of biological principles in molecular biology, genetics, and biochemistry relevant to laboratory assays. Demonstrate fluency in clinical sample preparation and quality control under high-throughput production standards. Engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams including automation and laboratory operations.
