Essential Skills:Power BI: Proficiency in creating insightful Power BI dashboards. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within a software development environment. Certification: Certified Scrum Master training with skills in conflict management. Organizational Skills: Strong focus on accurate and structured work during sprint planning and reporting. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Your Impact:

Lead and coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to manage the backlog and achieve project goals.
Continuously identify opportunities for process and practice improvement within the team and organization.
Create insightful Power BI dashboards to visualize data and track progress.
Foster effective internal communication and collaboration.
Develop and support the team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and goals.
