Account Director
We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience in account management. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of 360-degree media planning, with a strong focus on above-the-line (ATL) marketing, accounting for approximately 70% of their expertise, complemented by 30% in digital marketing. The successful applicant will be creative, organized, and passionate about processes, possessing team management experience and intermediate proficiency in Excel.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To efficiently manage resources allocated by clients for the communication of their brands across various touchpoints, designing, developing, and controlling innovative plans based on strategic insights for assigned clients, utilizing tools specific to IPG MB.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage both ATL and digital strategies in an integrated manner.
- Possess a general understanding of all functional areas to effectively sell services.
- Efficiently oversee 100% of the team, making informed decisions regarding talent management in accordance with IPG MB policies and standards.
- Understand and deliver all contractual deliverables to clients as part of the service agreement.
- Conduct and review competitive analyses to identify opportunities.
- Participate in both briefing and debriefing meetings to establish final deliverables while adhering to agency guidelines.
- Initiate the workflow process upon receiving the brief, ensuring full participation from all relevant team members and divisions of IPG MB.
- Coordinate the integration of all departments for brief review, facilitating Q&A sessions and setting planning guidelines.
- Guide the Market Intelligence Analyst in the development of analyses, generating insights and identifying applicable opportunities for the brand.
- Negotiate timelines for deliverables, plans, invoicing, and all related client communications.
