The Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to enhance and expand our key relationships across Southeast Asia (SEA), Australia, Japan, and India. This role focuses primarily on nurturing and developing existing strategic accounts, fostering client advocacy, and ensuring our presence remains a priority for clients. A secondary responsibility includes aiding in the closure of new opportunities within existing or growth accounts.
As the key representative for our strategic clients, you will collaborate closely with Survey Directors and regional leadership to fortify relationships, drive retention, and identify expansion opportunities. This position reports directly to the Regional President (APAC) and shares a seniority level with regional leadership peers.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management & Expansion
- Serve as the primary account manager for strategic accounts.
- Act as the face of the company for clients managing survey opportunities.
- Assist in closing new opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct post-project follow-up calls and mid-project check-ins.
- Encourage client referrals and advocacy initiatives.
2. Relationship Building & Client Advocacy
- Conduct regular office visits, requiring approximately 25% travel.
- Maintain proactive engagement to remain top-of-mind with clients.
- Reach out to newly promoted team members within client organizations.
- Re-engage lapsed users.
- Keep clients updated on new platform functionalities and offerings.
- Organize engaging events to strengthen client relationships.
