Join Amartha as a Paid Channel Performance Intern, where you will leverage your business acumen to design and execute effective sales campaigns and activations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in data analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Previous experience within the fintech or P2P sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the performance of paid channel campaigns.
- Develop and enhance Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
- Create and optimize advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Continuously analyze and improve advertising campaigns to achieve a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Oversee paid listings on third-party websites and media partners.
- Track performance metrics and evaluate all marketing campaigns.
- Regularly analyze paid channel analytics reports and present actionable optimization strategies to sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools for generating insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Demonstrated experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Highly self-motivated and driven.
- A degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Previous experience in the financial industry or fintech is highly valued.

- Able to analyze and synthesize large datasets to draw actionable conclusions.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, including data analysis and data-driven business recommendations.
