Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding digital marketing agency as a Paid Social Media Buyer & Account Manager. You will spearhead performance-driven campaigns on leading social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role involves managing the complete paid social strategy, maintaining client relations, and optimizing performance metrics, all aimed at enhancing long-term growth and brand recognition.
Collaborate closely with creative, email/SMS, and development teams, while receiving support from agency leadership. If you possess strong analytical skills, are highly organized, and are passionate about advertising, particularly in nurturing client relationships, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
● Design and oversee campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, integrating strategic planning, forecasting, and custom creative elements.
● Establish quarterly goals and KPIs to drive performance enhancement.
● Utilize data-driven strategies to analyze and refine media spending according to client requirements.
● Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings to provide insights and steer strategic initiatives.
● Generate performance reports and offer recommendations for future tests and optimizations.
● Keep abreast of advertising trends, CRO methods, competitive analysis, and platform updates; disseminate knowledge within internal teams.
● Assist in new business audits, pitches, and proposals as necessary.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid social media buying, specifically for eCommerce.
● Proven expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads.
● Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
● Experience utilizing Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript.
● Deep understanding of omnichannel digital marketing strategies.
● Ability to extract actionable insights from raw data to shape client strategies.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Genuine passion for facilitating client growth and establishing successful brands.
● Availability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
