If so, Gadero, a leading European e-commerce company specializing in online garden and wood products, is looking for you! We seek a marketer who looks beyond just clicks and is not afraid to delve into hard data.
Your Role:
As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be the orchestrator of our visibility across social platforms. You will oversee the strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of our paid campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and TikTok.
You will also be a performance marketing generalist: you understand social algorithms and how they interconnect with other channels like Google Ads. While the SEA marketer focuses on search, you will drive push marketing and storytelling. You will closely collaborate with the marketing team to turn data into creative actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Storytelling: Translate our commercial goals into engaging social campaigns. You know how to craft a narrative that converts through strong visuals and compelling copy.
Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize advertisements across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
Performance Marketing Generalist: You look beyond social media. You are knowledgeable about Google Ads and understand how cross-channel attribution works. You are part of the broader performance marketing team and support where needed.
Data & Analysis: Dive into GA4 and Looker Studio to measure the effectiveness of your creatives and target audiences. Ensure that data collection (via pixels and CAPI) is flawless.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with Content and Category Management to ensure the right images and videos are produced that meet the local needs of our markets (NL, DE, FR, BE, UK).
