The Media Director plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the digital media and advertising strategies for our company. This position is crucial in overseeing all digital channels, maximizing ROI on media expenditures, and fueling brand expansion through innovative, data-driven, performance-centric digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and strategize digital media initiatives across paid, owned, and earned platforms.
- Design, implement, and optimize various digital advertising campaigns including Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, and Video.
- Manage media planning, purchasing, budgeting, and performance enhancement activities.
- Collaborate with creative, strategic, and client services teams to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance and deliver insightful recommendations.
- Oversee relationships with agencies and media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic DSPs).
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to regional regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital media team.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Present performance analytics and strategic insights to senior management and clients.
- Support the development of offline media strategies.
