You will take over print data management.You will plan and prepare for production.You will set up printing systems and peripheral devices.You will produce a variety of printed products (brochures, magazines, flyers, etc.) on state-of-the-art, precision electronic machines.You will monitor the printing process and resolve any issues that arise.You will ensure quality control of the printed materials.You will clean and maintain the printing machines and equipment.
Oversee VAT compliance and execute quarterly and annual VAT declarations within a complex VAT group.Support the reporting of month-end results to headquarters using Hyperion Financial Management.Review and post month-end journal entries to ensure accuracy.Coordinate with the shared service center to guarantee high-quality deliverables.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements across diverse entities to satisfy both internal and external audit requirements.Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations for designated accounts, particularly those related to human resources, ensuring integrity and validation while developing action plans for addressing discrepancies.Responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts for the Holdings and smaller operating entities in compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, including:Management of transactions associated with the group's investments, acquisitions, disposals, and financing activities.Recording of entries linked to dividends, financial income, and equity changes.Compilation of statutory accounts with multi-branch consolidation involving foreign entities.Coordinate income tax compliance with external consultants.Participate in the implementation of Oracle cloud-based solutions.Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the Finance team and across the group.
Perform data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliations, multi-currency cash handling, and accounts payable and receivable management.Contribute to month-end closing procedures.Prepare VAT returns.
