Role Overview The Commercial Account Manager focuses on driving sales growth within a set portfolio of commercial accounts (under 100 seats) across multiple industries, including the Public Sector. The role involves territory planning, building and managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals. Collaboration with channel partners and a Renewal Specialist is part of the day-to-day work. The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for meeting revenue goals, maintaining accurate forecasts, and executing sales strategies in a high-volume environment.
