About the Role
The Senior Account Executive for the Enterprise segment plays a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and closing sales with both new and existing enterprise customers. You will focus on managing our largest and most strategic named accounts in your designated territory.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue objectives within the Enterprise market segment (businesses with 5,000+ employees) in your territory.
- Expand your sales pipeline by collaborating with Inside Sales, System Engineers, and Channel & Alliance Partner sales teams.
- Engage in direct sales activities with enterprise clients alongside Channel and Alliance Partners.
- Initiate, coordinate, and participate in marketing campaigns targeted at enterprise named accounts.
- Provide accurate forecasting and account/opportunity details in SalesForce in a timely manner.
- Establish strong relationships with executives, clearly articulating Veeam’s value proposition, generating demand, and closing sales.
- Develop a rich pipeline of activities focused on short, medium, and long-term revenue opportunities within your assigned accounts to ensure consistent quarterly revenue generation.
- Effectively implement account and opportunity plans to stimulate demand and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize current and potential opportunities in collaboration with customers, Veeam colleagues, and the Channel Partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with strategic Alliance Partners to create mutually beneficial revenue opportunities.
- Be prepared for travel requirements of 0 - 75% within your assigned territory/region.
