Role overview
The Account Executive role at Huzzle is fully remote and based in Honduras. This position focuses on converting qualified leads into long-term clients using a consultative sales approach. The work centers on managing inbound appointments, understanding client needs, and guiding deals through to completion. Success in this role requires experience in high-stakes sales and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
What you will do
- Lead discovery and closing calls with pre-qualified prospects.
- Build trust and strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward decisions.
- Meet or surpass monthly revenue and conversion goals.
- Keep CRM records current and accurate (using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve sales scripts and closing techniques.
