The assistant will play a central role in daily operations, ensuring the COO’s time is protected and priorities are met. Attention to detail and proactive communication are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the COO's calendar, resolving scheduling conflicts as needed. Act as a gatekeeper for the COO, protecting focus time and diplomatically declining or rescheduling requests when appropriate. Coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders, often under tight deadlines. Oversee the COO’s inbox: triage messages, flag urgent items, draft responses, and track follow-ups.
