Mission
As a key Commercial Executive, you will collaborate closely with our Regional Vice President to spearhead strategic growth across Central and Eastern Europe. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a senior role that demands a proven track record in solution selling. If you excel at fostering strategic relationships, navigating complex deals, and delivering transformative value to enterprise clients, we want to hear from you.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with C-level executives and business leaders to identify priorities and measure the potential impact of change.
- Collaborate with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers throughout the sales process to craft and present customized solutions.
- Utilize Gap Selling methodologies to create compelling business cases that link technology to quantifiable business outcomes.
- Facilitate engagement among multiple stakeholders to secure commitments and drive transformation projects to successful closure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by thoroughly understanding clients’ current situations, clearly defining their desired outcomes, and aligning solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Who You Are
- At least 2 years of experience in complex B2B solution sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success in engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business challenges beyond mere product discussions.
- Proven ability to uncover overlooked business issues and deliver quantifiable ROI through your solutions.
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities to a successful conclusion.
- Confident in discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial implications in detail with client leadership.
