We are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of information recorded in our systems.Main Responsibilities:Preparation of interest calculation spreadsheets for intercompany loans.Development of accrual spreadsheets for policies.Management of the Balance Sheet (assets and liabilities): verification, adjustments, and integration of each account.Monitoring accounts receivable, reconciliations, and offsets.Preparation of spreadsheets detailing purchases and sales, including quantities, varieties, and amounts in Gs and USD.Recording accounting entries in SAP and subsequent reconciliation.Valuation and analysis of the Balance Sheet in Gs and USD.Preparation of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement in both currencies.Preparation and entry of Quantities and ICS.Directly addressing audit requests, including account integrations and requested reports.Sending circularizations to clients and suppliers (issuing notes, printing, and dispatching).Management and response to circularizations from related parties and third parties.Preparation of account integrations and details.Continuous monitoring of the Balance Sheet and Income Statements.
