Role Overview Executive Director – ABA Centers of Puerto Rico Location: Caguas, Puerto Rico The Executive Director leads our ABA Centers in Caguas, guiding all aspects of clinic operations, growth, financial health, and organizational culture. This senior role works closely with Business Development to drive local expansion and strengthen community relationships. Mentoring staff and developing future leaders are central to this position. Main Responsibilities Strategic Growth and Community Engagement Take full ownership of clinic growth and client retention, aiming to exceed monthly targets for patient admissions and diagnostics. Build and maintain partnerships with referral sources, community groups, and schools. Lead business development, including community events, outreach, and new growth strategies. Encourage staff to take a proactive approach to client acquisition and engagement. Financial Management Oversee clinic P&L, managing revenue, operational costs, and both labor and non-labor expenses. Improve clinic profitability by focusing on growth, contract rates, billable hour utilization, and service completion. Work with corporate finance and operations to develop strategies that boost profitability. Operational Excellence Meet or exceed clinic-specific KPIs and contribute to organizational goals. Ensure high-quality ABA service delivery through effective scheduling and resource management. Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, and internal standards. Monitor service delivery to ensure 100% treatment completion rates. Use data dashboards (such as Tableau) for tracking, analysis, and decision-making. Talent Development and Team Engagement Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Promote a culture of achievement through professional development and recognition. Implement onboarding and mentorship programs for new hires and leadership trainees. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement surveys to foster a connected workplace.
