About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our New Business Sales team at Pleo. This position is crucial in attracting new customers and contributing to our scaling efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for FinTech, this role is perfect for you!
Collaboration and Reporting
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and work alongside teams in Marketing, Onboarding, Solutions & Services, and SDR. Collaborating with our 8-member team, you will play a vital role in driving new business while partnering with Solution Engineers and SDRs to ensure success.
Your Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full sales cycle from diverse sources, including self-sourced outbound, inbound, and SDR leads.
- Working closely with SDRs and Solution Engineers to deliver exceptional service to prospects.
- Analyzing personal performance metrics such as win rates and pipeline coverage for self-improvement.
- Providing feedback to cross-functional teams regarding product performance and market competition.
- Applying a data-driven approach to master forecasting.
