Role Overview:
As a Marketplace Account Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing product performance across retail and marketplace channels. If you have a passion for retail account management and a proven record of success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Devise and implement a detailed strategy to boost sales, profitability, and market presence on platforms such as Walmart.com, Costco.com, Lowes.com, Menards.com, and Target+.
- Coordinate with internal teams to synchronize inventory, marketing, and sales strategies for the marketplace.
2. Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient oversight of our third-party listings.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee timely product availability and fulfillment.
- Quickly address and resolve any challenges related to listings, order management, or customer feedback.
3. Marketing & Merchandising:
- Work with the marketing department to create and refine product listings that include high-quality images, engaging descriptions, and SEO-optimized content.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve promotions, advertising initiatives, and sponsored product placements on Walmart.com.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build strong connections with the marketplace team to stay informed about platform updates, promotional opportunities, and best practices.
- Professionally address any concerns or disputes with Walmart.com in a timely manner.
5. Performance Analytics:
- Regularly review and assess sales, traffic, and conversion data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Deliver routine reports to senior management with insights and strategic recommendations.
