We are looking for a commercially savvy Account Manager with telecom experience and a solid understanding of fintech solutions to strengthen and expand our partnerships with mobile operators. In this role, you will oversee daily account performance, serve as the primary liaison for clients, and advocate for Optasia's advanced lending and credit scoring technologies. You will discover growth and cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, and drive measurable outcomes that align with both fintech and telecom goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of designated customer accounts, executing daily commercial tasks under the mentorship of a Senior Customer Success Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and high service standards.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders to enhance account stability and satisfaction.
- Track account performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service levels; identify potential risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate the alignment of customer requirements with established service objectives and business strategies.
- Assist in account optimization and growth initiatives through detailed performance analysis and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold contractual obligations and ensure operational service excellence.
- Support billing processes, reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and service updates for accounts.
- Contribute to the achievement of service performance, operational, and financial goals.
