We are seeking a SMB Account Manager to join our Kuwait team. In this role, you will empower small and medium-sized restaurant partners to succeed on our platform, enhancing their core business performance and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
As a member of the SMB (Small Medium Business) team, you will serve as dedicated partners to the heartbeat of our marketplace, local, independent restaurants. Our focus is on scaling growth and creating lasting value for thousands of partners concurrently.
Here’s what your daily responsibilities will include:
Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of SMB partners, acting as their primary point of contact and guaranteeing they receive exceptional service to foster enduring partnerships.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and negotiate long-term account plans, emphasizing renewals, extensions, and the introduction of new products or revenue streams.
Performance Optimization: Implement targeted campaigns to enhance key performance indicators, including restaurant retention, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to pinpoint inefficiencies and growth avenues, proactively guiding partners on how to unlock enhanced value and accelerate revenue.
Effective Communication: Support your partners through a combination of impactful communication channels, including voice, video, email, and strategic in-person visits.
