About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Account Manager specializing in the cryptocurrency sector. In this remote role, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our Payment Gateway merchants. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B crypto, outstanding communication skills in both English and Russian, and the capability to collaborate effectively with merchants, product teams, technology experts, and compliance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily communication with existing merchants to address their needs.
- Serve as the main technical liaison during the integration, onboarding, and post-launch phases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to troubleshoot merchant issues and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist merchants with API integrations, payment processes, wallet configurations, and debugging issues.
- Proactively monitor client activities, identify potential problems, and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including integration notes and CRM updates.
- Clearly articulate payment processes, settlement logic, blockchain details, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B experience in the cryptocurrency field.
- Proficient in both English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Deep understanding of payment processes, including deposits/withdrawals, KYC/KYB, and compliance standards.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or integrations (not a developer role, but technical understanding is essential).
- Familiarity with merchant support tools (CRM, Slack/Telegram, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for merchant satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crypto payments or blockchain technologies (e.g., TRON, ETH, BTC).
- Knowledge of conversion flows, crypto/fiat rates, and operational risks.
- Background in high-risk industries (e.g., iGaming, Forex).
