The Opportunity
As a Team Lead in Account Management, you will guide a team of Account Managers who play a vital role in utilizing the Slice platform to enhance the operations of our key shop partners. You will be instrumental in fostering the growth and success of your team, their partners, and Slice itself. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
The Team
The Account Management team is essential to our organization, nurturing relationships with key accounts and ensuring these customers receive unparalleled service. This diverse team operates across Macedonia and various locations in North America, reporting directly to the Head of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers
- Oversee a select portfolio of Key Accounts
- Manage escalations, cancellations, and customer feedback
- Provide timely, proactive support to shop partners that exceeds expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Slice to apply a success checklist for all Key Accounts
- Collect feedback and support both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to building a forward-thinking, performance-oriented culture within Account Management
