Role Overview
We are seeking an Engagement Manager to spearhead a pivotal stage in our customer journey: transforming new clients into confident, long-term partners who experience significant growth and opt for expansion with us.
This position is customer-facing, results-oriented, and consultative. You will take charge of onboarding clients, guiding early strategies and implementations, and transitioning successful pilot projects or initial engagements into long-term contracts.
Your role transcends mere delivery management , you will drive momentum.
You will collaborate closely with clients to craft growth strategies based on SEO, content, and AI visibility, translating these strategies into actionable steps with our editors and specialists, ensuring clients comprehend what works, why it works, and what their next steps should be.
Availability for EST working hours is required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding through effective delivery and conversion to long-term contracts.
Lead customer strategies focused on SEO, content, and AI visibility with a strong emphasis on outcomes.
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly customer meetings and oversee all daily communications.
Interpret performance metrics (traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversions) and translate them into clear business impacts.
Collaborate with editors and specialists to guarantee timely, high-quality execution.
Proactively eliminate obstacles and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
Spot renewal and expansion opportunities and facilitate those discussions effectively.
