Role Purpose:
- Craft and implement a strategic KAM plan tailored to each customer, ensuring alignment with our Sales Budget for designated Key Accounts.
- Provide precise and effective forecasting, monitor delivery, and initiate corrective actions throughout the year.
- Collaborate effectively with local partners and teams to meet and exceed Sales targets.
- Foster deep customer relationships by understanding the needs of growers and channels, empowering them to drive demand for Syngenta’s innovative solutions.
- Deliver timely field reports to facilitate competitive monitoring and enhance market intelligence, systematically logging customer visits in SFDC, and contributing to grower segmentation and influencer reporting.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Regularly assess account performance against business plans and solicit feedback from contacts within your account regarding Syngenta's performance.
- Promote Syngenta products at the distributor level to ensure balanced business growth.
- Identify, cultivate, and sustain robust relationships with both assigned and newly discovered account contacts, effectively advocating for Syngenta’s strategy and products.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Co-create strategic contingencies to fulfill the objectives of both organizations.
- Focus on maximizing Syngenta's share of wallet at the KAM level, ensuring thorough control of the portfolio aimed at expanding customer wallet share.
- Collaborate on forecasting with customers and manage orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct sales analysis in partnership with customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support partners in Marketing, CPD, Finance, and Customer Service.
