The Sales and Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients or patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, maintaining consistent and high-quality communication.
- Develop enduring client relationships through regular check-ins, performance assessments, and proactive support.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts to enhance client value.
- Conduct tailored consultative sales calls, virtual demonstrations, and service consultations based on client needs.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to closing and handoff.
- Keep precise records of activities, pipeline status, and client details in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Cooperate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and messaging while staying abreast of market trends and client needs.
