As a pivotal member of our sales team, the Sales Account Manager will cultivate enduring relationships with clients, exceed sales goals, and enhance revenue streams. This role demands a proactive approach to developing strategies that align with consumer preferences, account needs, and Reebok's corporate objectives. You will collaborate with multiple departments to devise plans that bolster Reebok’s market position and business share across the U. S. In this capacity, you will advocate for the Reebok brand and nurture relationships that enhance customer engagement. You will also harness critical marketplace insights to optimize our product offerings while leading the entire seasonal sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Reebok, promoting its values internally and externally.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to elevate brand presence and drive growth.
- Meet or surpass footwear sales goals by aligning account performance with brand strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and leverage product and pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
- Utilize market trends and competitor analyses to refine sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance Reebok’s visibility in retail settings and online platforms.
- Manage the seasonal sell-in process and forecast accurately.
- Oversee order management processes including pricing, allocations, and timely fulfillment.
- Address customer compliance issues effectively.
- Analyze sales reports to adapt strategies, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts aligned with account dynamics.
- Facilitate product allocation and channel segmentation across accounts.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement close-to-market initiatives.
- Work with trade marketing to effectively engage the account base.
