We are in search of a proactive and results-driven finance professional to lead and provide comprehensive financial support across all entities within our Group. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with hands-on experience in automated financial systems. Familiarity with Hansa World will be considered a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proven track record in mentoring and coaching teams with varying levels of expertise.
- Outstanding management abilities, capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- A dynamic, flexible, and collaborative team leader who can significantly impact both strategic and tactical financial initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to engage effectively with senior management, the Group board of directors, and staff members.
- Proficient in managing strategic projects while fostering robust working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute significantly to the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Oversee annual tax procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and refine management accounting and reporting frameworks, including key metrics and enhanced business analysis.
- Implement the organization's business and financial strategic plans.
- Complete statutory financial accounts for hotel and restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review performance reports and forecasts for the business.
- Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and present findings to senior stakeholders and directors.
