In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.- Ensure prompt data entry for daily business transactions using Tally software.- Maintain accurate documentation for bills, vouchers, and petty cash.- Prepare and manage accounts receivable aging schedules.- Conduct bank visits and corporate office transactions for various purposes such as pay orders, check deposits, payment confirmations, and statement collections.- Perform stock counting for Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Goods, etc., as required.- Process supplier payments upon final approval.- Maintain knowledge of TDS, treasury deposits, and their documentation.- Document income tax assessments for the company.- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.Additional Requirements:- Maximum age of 25 years.- Male candidates only.- Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates.- Strong interpersonal and basic arithmetic skills.- Ability to work under pressure while adhering to company rules and regulations.
