Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team at Farel, a pioneering startup based in the United States. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in driving business development and expanding our footprint within Thailand's airline sector.Farel is revolutionizing the aviation industry by developing an innovative airline operating system that seamlessly integrates inventory management, dynamic pricing, reservations, operations, and customer-facing applications. Supported by leading Silicon Valley investors, we empower airlines to launch rapidly, enhance ancillary revenue through integrated upsell features, and automate routine processes with advanced AI capabilities.As an Account Executive, you will spearhead new business acquisition efforts among small and midsize airlines throughout Thailand and Southeast Asia, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing and revenue generation.Your Responsibilities:Pipeline Development: Create and refine targeted account lists for Thai carriers, design outbound engagement strategies, and represent Farel at regional aviation events to connect with airline executives and decision-makers.Consultative Selling: Facilitate discovery workshops, analyze business cases, coordinate product demonstrations, and manage evaluations involving multiple stakeholders for high-value annual recurring revenue opportunities.Contract Negotiation: Take charge of pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial terms, collaborating with Legal and Finance teams to secure signatures and transition clients to Customer Success.Sales Optimization: Analyze sales funnels, conduct A/B testing on outreach strategies, and share insights on wins and losses with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to enhance positioning and product roadmap.Market Representation: Serve as the face of Farel at trade shows, airline forums, and partner meetings in key aviation hubs across Thailand, fostering local relationships and strengthening brand recognition.
