In this role, you will manage accounting functions for multiple subsidiaries within our group.Your Key Responsibilities:Supplier Invoicing: Enter supplier invoices in Sage X3 until they are approved for payment, maintain digital archiving, and manage a schedule for the transfer of payment approvals to treasury.Process supplier credits in accordance with specific procedures related to quality control of purchased goods or outsourced services.Address internal discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.Handle supplier follow-ups and reminders effectively.Client Invoicing: Prepare and dispatch invoices through client platforms.Monitor reminders in collaboration with the Programs department.Additional Responsibilities:Preparation of the DEB (Déclaration d'Échanges de Biens).VAT reporting for an exempt client.Inter-group invoicing (shared resources, industrial sector service providers, travel expenses, etc.).Monitor ongoing asset files.Re-invoice non-compliant parts to suppliers.Gradually take over the valuation of inventory for management control and process unreceived invoices or accrued expenses.
