Who Are We?
The Finance Team is tasked with managing balance sheet preparation, financial statement creation, cash-flow reporting, and day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
In the role of Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will ensure the utmost accuracy in all client invoicing and accounts receivable transactions, adhering strictly to governmental regulations across all our operating markets. Your contributions will be crucial for the reliability of the AR segment within our financial statements, focusing on disciplined month-end execution, rigorous reconciliation, and robust strategic control of credit risk and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger & Closing Process: Manage year-end close, record all AR-related journal entries, ensure IFRS15 compliance, and maintain accurate postings of invoices and credit notes.
- A/R Management: Prepare monthly AR aging reports, assess collectability, and ensure data integrity through structured portfolio clean-ups.
- Financial Information Analysis & Reporting: Document bad debt provisions, manage the end-to-end billing cycle, and conduct performance analysis for AR-related accounts.
