Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Business Partnering: Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and support to the board and audit committees, aiding in the evaluation of business performance and governance issues.
- Decision Support: Assist direct reports and management with decision support in financial planning, governance, and operational processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various internal and external business functions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Develop and prepare detailed reports, ensuring precision and clarity in financial documentation. Leverage data from multiple sources to craft well-supported responses and recommendations.
- Administrative Excellence: Supervise administrative processes such as repository management, maintaining clear communication records, and facilitating seamless finance operations.
- SAP Expertise: Effectively use SAP systems to organize, manage, and institutionalize processes, and create dashboards to track essential financial metrics.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively across teams to gain a comprehensive perspective on challenges and opportunities, ensuring all finance operations are effectively addressed.
