Role & Responsibilities:Draft authorization letters and other correspondence relevant to BT business operations, seeking necessary approvals.Organize, file, and manage both physical and digital records of supplier tax invoices to ensure adherence to Thai tax regulations.Engage with vendors to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices and payments.Generate withholding tax certificates and ensure timely delivery to suppliers.Assist in the cheque deposit process by liaising with the bank.Accurately issue receipts and tax invoices for designated businesses and clients, ensuring timeliness.Maintain organized physical files of company sales invoices to support compliance with Thai tax regulations.
